I definitely agree with Ray Campbell about humanware to send out
and email to us with the tracking number and what they fixed on
the machine!!!!!!!!!

Another suggestion for HW. Some places such as Dell Computer
send you
an e-mail when your unit ships. I'd like to see HW send an
e-mail when
the BN or VN you've sent for repair is shipped back to you with
the UPS
Tracking Number in it. That way, you can track the package, have
a
pretty good idea when it will get to you and make any
arrangements you
have to such as asking neighbors or others to sign for it. I
know I
would find this useful since I live in a condo and often, UPS
comes when
I am not here.
