Remember, though, as Jonathan Mosen used to like to tell us, this list is just a fraction of the HW customers. So, although, unfortunately, the HW interaction on this list is what we list members mostly tend to see of HW, I'm betting they are going out there and leading in other areas. Although, I can't help but wonder, as I think I've stated before, if some of the importance once attached to the BrailleNote is slipping away, what with all the other products HW now have to look after and promote, and thus the less HW presence on this list.
