Dear Paul, I have some other suggestions:
1. Don't stop with Tech Support. Call the toll free number and ask to speak to the President of PDI/HumanWare. Tell him your problem and see if he can't assign someone to help you. 2. Try emailing Dean Jackson or Jonathan Mosen privately and present your problem to them. PDI wants our business, so one of these suggestions has a good chance of working. 3. You could contact Verizon and exchange your phone and the cable for a phone which has an infrared connection. You may need to go to the store to do this. Many people on the list use cell phones with an infrared port. If Verizon wants your business, they should be willing to make the exchange. That's about all the suggestions I have at this time. Most cell phones are inaccessible to us. The one thing I'd like to be able to do is to program names and phone numbers into my phone. I don't want any scaled-down Windows CE programs in my BN, but it would be nice if I could use it with Bluetooth software and a bluetooth connector. I wish you the very best in getting your cell phone problem solved. Terri Pannett, Amateur Radio call sign KF6CA. Army MARS call sign AAT9PX, California
