I can, as a matter of fact. The testimony on plastic (not paper) shredders was given under oath, among other things.
If the testimony on plastic shredders given under oath is simply propaganda, I could comment on the irony, then, of demanding that Dr. Rice testify under oath because her remarks in interviews with the press are considered simply "spin" . . .
