I once sent all of Eriks emails to a separate folder for several weeks
so I would not have to read his snarky, cranky, bitter, irrelevant
comments until I was in a better mood.  After several weeks I went
through them and discovered he was that way to everyone so I didn't
need to take it personally.  If he disagrees with you you will get
these comments from him.

I belong to several real world clubs and one problem we have is how to
deal with people who may be intelligent but have undeveloped social
skills.  I think online lists attract more of this type.
