Ebgp-multihop with no number afterwards will assume 255 (the maximum value).

If the peer is in the same AS that would be an iBGP connection, and the
ebgp-multihop command would actually accomplish nothing.

in lab 38; for r5 bgp peer group ebgp-multihop was used without any value
after it;

1- do we need ebgp-multihop where all the neighbours are in the same AS.
2- if we did not specify the value what would be the default behavour.
