Sounds like debugging TFTP events might be helpful here.

Sorry.  I wasn't clear.  I'm not looking for "load 7960-7940
P00308000500.loads".  I'm looking for "load 7960-7940 P00308000500".  But
also a command that says: "tftp-server flash:P00308000500.loads".

Before you had under telephony-service:  "load 7960-7940 P003-08-9-00". But
no global command "tftp-server flash:P003-08-9-00.loads"
See what I'm getting at?
