After doing those steps Kerboute, do I have to do anything under CUE GUI?
Like enabling messaging, configuring subscriber email addresses etc? How the
voicemail will reach to their email address?

 

I don't have visibility/access to their Email server..What I have to tell
them to make this work..any settings on Exchange server?

 

Also I was reading this doc

Over here it says "The system must have a default security certificate and
private key installed before SSL connections are permitted on Cisco Unity
Express. Use the show

ef/s_cmds.html#wpxref95805>  crypto key command to display the system
default certificate-key pair"

 

 

I checked customer router and there is no crypto on there.

So is it ok if I use this command session security mixed.

Hi,

Everything for email notification need to be setup on CUE not CME.
when you configure your imap account on the client (outlook or lotus notes)
you have to specify the email address like "usern...@ip_address-cue" and the
password of the user

Below the steps:

*       Enable IMAP service "service imap enable"
*       Add a new privilege (if doesn't exist) called "vm-imap"
*       Add a new Group name it IMAP if you want
*       Add users you wants to receive email to the group IMAP

under Fax settings of CUE..is that the same thing?

Also, is there any step I am missing?

 

Any suggestion/advice would be much appreciated.
