I think you only thinking about USA which is 100% wrong see try to see in other
countries like , Singapore, Malaysia, India, Europe.
Singapore, Malaysia == 3000$ per month
China , India == 1000$ per month
Europe == 3000 Euro ==> 40% flat tax
I know so many engineers getting 1000$ pay CCIE engineer GBM, dia-data lot of
huge partners so less salary structure. BAD atleast if they are gold or so
partner why dont cisco say to their partner that they have to pay CCIE specific
amount!!!! as salary!!!!
I am sure i cannot even count countries like Bangladesh
I myself know 50 guys whos Id is associate any getting paid for CCIE but again
... as i said currently no one can taking it... so atleast previously
people/companies take it and pay even there was one website who pays for the
same but due to cisco they also have to stopped it...
Concern is.. first companies do not require CCIE or atleast Cisco should
generate some value for CCIE as they are trying to decrease the value of their
own brand!!! but stopping all these things... because i am sure why cisco want
to put in and see what and where ccie is doing... they need IDs for partner
which partner is paying for it... so why cisco want to wory on this...
Even i can see 100 of CCIE R&S without job and will even work for free if
needed freshers CCIE R&S engineers what do u think abt that..
Cisco even do not trust CCIE guys thats why they take 6 interviews for them..
what do u say abt cisco taking interview for which they have only said that u
are expert ah :) its all business...
It should be worth somewhere atleast.. i understand yes it is most respectful
certification..

And I'm thrilled Cisco won't let companies just rent a CCIE ID. it gives
opportunities for those of us that actually work for those companies and
progress further than we could have before.
It makes the CCIE even more valuable. At least here.
