I don't know about the rest of the country, but here in Georgia we call
these "fighting words," and they are legal grounds for engaging in physical
combat. Fighting words, or even yelling at someone for that matter, are
considered assault under the law in Georgia. It is generally recognized in
the law that men should be able to save face by showing an aggressor the
business end of an iron fist.

This is one of the very highest forms of civility in society, as it makes us
think twice about what we say and why, and promotes general courtesy between
civilized men. If a weaker man is bullied into fighting, then the bully is
turned out and shunned or put in his place. If the weaker man runs his
mouth to start things off, then he gets what he gets, and that's that.

I wasn't there, but if Ben started it with his mouth and the other guy ended
it with his fists, knees, and feet -- one-on-one, and without a weapon other
than his body -- then that's that, pal. End of story, and learn your lesson
quick so there isn't a next time.

You got _THAT_ right, pal. Anytime, anywhere someone has a beef with me for
any reason, I'm ready to hear him out and either clear up the
misunderstanding, apologize if I was wrong, or go to absolute out-and-out
WAR the old fashioned way. I'm so sick and #$*^%%^ tired of these whimpy
little "I'll have a half-caf decaf mocha with Ceylonese cinnamon and extra
foam" monthly facial dermabrasion and mud pack so-called "men" that I could
vomit! I say things plainly and honestly, I stand by my words, and I'm not
afraid of getting bloody in the process. Any other men out there live the
same way? If so, then you have my respect. Those of you who truly "get"
what I'm talking about will find such respect of value.

On the O'Reilly Factor the other night, he mentioned that people are afraid
to take a moral stance anymore. Well I'm not. By God, I'm not. I stand
against the utter immorality of cowardice in men, and I challenge all men to
get tough with themselves and the other men around them.
