Makes perfect sense to me, Nick, and it seems pretty cut and dry. AA supporters conveniently skip over this hurdle though by trying to rationalize the discrimination. You can rationalize it all you want, but it's illegal...plain and simple. AA violates the civil rights act of 1964 by its very definition.
