Gruss, If you happen to have a link to that study, I'd lke to see it. I am not doubting you, just thinking that it sounds like a huge step backwards for equal pay and advancement opportunity. At a guess I would say that the woman who didn't want to move was probably married, correct? I'd be interested in knowing the acceptance rate in that study amongst unmarried women.
There are all sorts of tangential issues here about whether it si really good for our society that corporate culture increasingly demands an eighty-hour week, whether, when you get down to it, fathers should not also be spending more time with their families also and so on, but....I don't have time. Let's just say I'm interested in a reference on that study.
