How many other members of your Congress are Non White? How many Supreme court Judges are Minority? How many Senators are Minority? How many Governors are Minority? Now....How many Government Workers in total are Minority? After finding the answers to that which is readily available via your country's publicly available Census data ,how relevant to your argument is Condeleeza Rice? Why does the Media make a *note* about her ethnicity and the ethnicity of Gonzales? Yes...because it's not considered *normal* in America for Non Whites to be in those positions.
