As I said earlier - I'm not saying there's NO discrimination - you'll never solve that problem. What it does mean is that there's a level playing field for hard workers. If the people in the examples you sent think they've been treated unfairly then they can do what everyone else does - get a new job first on the old job's dime, and then sue.
