I'm not asking for that stat, because that stat is still not complete.

I'm asking about the number of applicants for these jobs.

I can only hire people that apply for the job. Around here to find a black
person in a tech field is pretty difficult, it happens, but not very often.
Why is that, is that because they apply but don't get the job? Or is it
because they don't apply? Why don't they apply for the jobs?

Affirmative Action can't force people to apply.

Like I have always said, national averages are pointless in this country;
this place is so diverse when it comes to incomes across physical regions.

One person making 50k in one city may be better off than somebody making 80k
in another.
