Shoot thats not bad. I am not lokoing for an eat in kitchen. Most of the
kitchens we looked at had 0 counter space, once you put a coffe maker and
microwave out. It was seriously rediculous. We're talking Kitchens with all
the appliances squeezed into a 8x8 room sometimes smaller. So long as there
is counter space and enough room for 2 people to be in there I am fine with
a kitchen. Its when you have to constantly say excuse me to your wife in the
kitchen I ca't stand it.

See in Cincinnati a good majority of the houses were built without a garage
then some people put on crappy (need serious repairs now) car ports onto the
side of thier houses. I think of the houses we looked at only about 10 or so
(most made post 1970) had 2 car garages. One of those houses even had a
Beautifuly remodeled kitchen, but the rest of the house just kinda sucked it
was the biggest disappointment it had 4 rooms (plus a bedroom in the
basement that I don;t think could really be counted as a bedroom) but they
were all 10x10 or smaller, except for the quasi room in the basement. Oh and
the bathroom, seriosuly nasty mildew in plain sight.

The master bedroom might please you however: 12x15 (the other bedrooms are
> 12x14 and 12x10). All have decent (but not-walk-in) closets and all are

That where the big failure was in the houses around here, though while we
were building I found a few houses that really were fairly nice in
Springdale (about 20 minutes north of Downtown Cincinnati), Master betrooms
ussually didn;t reach 12x10 and second and thrids were ussually tiny like
10x9. Our house, while not huge, boasts a 12x14 master bedroom with full
bath (with spacious walkin 7x4 estimate) and den (or 2nd bedroom) that is
10x12 and a guest (3rd bedroom) 10x11 (though the space kind of got cheaped
b/c of the closest.

Once the kids are gone the family room is big enough for a pool table as
> well... not a necessity, but it's a nice idea. ;^)

Thats what the mold free ;) basement is for bro and a bar, a wet bar with a
keg, and a stipper pole, err umm atleast the keg.

The house really does sound nice I just hope the mold works out. For me I
wouldn;t care about the type of mold honeslty I just wouldn;t want to have
to deal with it so I'd probably just mvoe on but I am a lazy when it comes
to fixing something in a house I didn;t cause ;) Hell we've been in our
house for 3 weeks now and we still have temporary blinds in the bedroom and
no blinds anywhere else, though thats going to change tonight.
