Not all the time, my parents are far more liberal than I am, and both are
very religious. I'd replace " extremely intolerant of anything resembling
religion " with " extremely intolerant of anything resembling
fundamentalism"

I think that the "liberal" side of the political spectrum is intolereant of 
those people they *think* are intolerant. Furthermore, they tend to be 
extremely intolerant of anything resembling religion. I think it proves that

everybody is ignorant.  :-)
