I haven't seen any of this on the news, and without a link, couldn't see what you were referencing.
The only thing I saw was a few sentences by the Iraq Defense Minister (I think), claiming that everything is going great, and that they have Al-Qaeda on the run, and was basically making fun of them. Was there official word from the US on a withdrawal and reductions?
