The school didn't provide paper because ours was run on news print, we payed the local paper to print it of. It usually came to about $800 or more an issue. It wasn't a problem, we considered part of the job of the class, people did were they were good at, one guy only sold ads for the paper. The school proved plenty of funding to sports organizations, as well as band and orchestra. Our basketball team won the State championship last year, as did the band.
