Which is exactly why we need to leave Iraq: there's no war there, just a security detail. If it's Middle East war that you want, then here's the plan: 1.) Move the Americans out into the middle of desert somewhere. Iraq, Saudi Arabia, doesn't matter. 2.) Wait for the enemy to approach. 3.) Shoot the enemy. Or we could just pack up, go home, and fight an intelligence based, mostly covert, special forces war.
