Personally I say to just lock down the borders, recall all soldiers overseas, disband the military (or make it the border patrol), abolish the IRS, stop trading with everyone, let gas go to $10 a gallon and let the rest of the world burn while we feed ourselves. There is no need for any immigration system then.
