Hmm. I am trying a thought experiment here. I am an employer. I need oh say a janitor. I have one applicant, who has papers that appear legal, though he also does not speak English. I suspect that he may be illegal. On the other hand I have a good old boy willing to work for the same pay and whose accent tells me he comes right out of those hills over yonder. Who will I hire?
I am guessing that the unemployed Americans are not where the work is.
