"That behavior?" Certainly no gay scouts are dropping trou and going to
town right there in the middle of a pack meeting, so what do they mean?

They mean that scout behaving as a homosexual outside of the pack meeting,
meaning *ever*, and therefore meaning "if you're a gay person, you can't be
a scout."

That is discrimination, plain and simple.

Well my wife is taking a hard stand with the ban on homosexuality as
discriminatory while I am saying that it's no different than the
Catholic Church or the military.

I am saying that those organizations have a right to exclude *that
behavior* from their groups just as I would have a right to create a
group that excluded heterosexual relationships or any romantic
relationships.

Therefore, just because they ban that type of relationship, is not a
reason to throw our the good lessons learned about God, County, and
Community.

That would change if BSA gave speeches about intolerance or inequality.
