Paul, Is this a new one or used? All US models now have the backup camera (except the model 1 which is nearly impossible to find and I wouldn't recommned). The extra "tight" suspension is part of the Touring package. It's not a necessary upgrade as you can get similar performance by adding in a couple of aftermarket stabilizer bars. That package also includes the HID headlights which are very expensive to replace if/when they burn out.
I would recommend going for a package 2. You should be able to get into one for no more than around 21,000. Also, do not get the extended warranty from the dealer. You can get the exact same "Platinum Toyota" warranty through another dealer via the web for $990. I'll shoot you the details separately.
