Yeah, you are right.  Realistically, you are probably looking more at
22.5...  But if you can haggle for the extras, those add up pretty quick.
Guess it really depends on the market and how well sales are going.  There
isnt' much wheeling and dealing for Prii in Califonina, but it is a
different story here in Phoenix...

The least I've seen people get the Pkg#2 for is around 22500 on PriusChat.
I got mine down to 23400, but it had a couple of dealer options that I took
since it was hard to find *any* Prius cars here in Dallas at the time.
