So is Mr. John Q Public happy since Mr. Exxon was able to keep all the money? Is he upset that Mr. Tali Ban has cleaned up at his table? Is he happy that Mr. Exxon was able to take money from the other players including Mr. Chi Na and Mr. Indi A?
