Remember when real numbers meant nothing and percentages meant everything?
Blacks make up 12% of the population. That's 37 million out of 300 million.
Do you realize how hard it is for anyone to live in Chris Rock's neighborhood?

Look at the workplace, I usually see at least 12% of my co-workers being black.
That includes upper management.
