I don't follow them, I looked into them because they originally made some interesting claims. I dismiss their claims because, in the face of evidence and reason, they still make claims that are simply not true. > > What if he wasn't born in a hospital? And I'm going to fall back on the apathetic "I simply don't care." > What you call extreme I call middle of the road. As are most of the other political groups, like the Libertarians, the Green Party, and the Tea Party. Call me liberal all you want. It's not the first time, and won't be the last. Funny thing is, I've never been called a liberal by a liberal. I admit my liberal leanings fully, but for full disclosure: I support homosexual rights, including marriage. I support the decriminalization of most narcotics, and the taxation thereof. I support the decriminalization of prostitution, and the taxation thereof. I support aid, in whatever form required, for the poor to help them help themselves. Education, trade skill training, job search training and living expenses while getting such, so that they can better themselves and move themselves up to better support themselves. I abhor abortion, but support the right to choose. The answer to abortion isn't in making it illegal, but making it unneeded through education and prevention of unwanted pregnancies. I want to remove "Under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance. It was added illegally in 1954, but is a low priority item. Likewise, "In God We Trust" from our money. Likewise all references to the 10 Commandments, only a few of which are relevant to our rule of law, from courtrooms and courthouses. Please let me know if I missed any liberal agenda items. I know, I needn't ask, you'll be happy to do so unbidden. > > Both parties have members that range the gamut, but the parties > themselves > > are both bad to the core with nothing in their sights but what they can > do > > to get more of the taxpayers' money into their own pockets. > > Power corrupts. I believe that's actually the second thing you've posted to this list I agree with. I guess you win, because I have actual work to do. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology-Michael-Dinowitz/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:324006 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
