Roberts swore him in that's a separate issue.
Each party has to certify that their candidate is eligible by law to
be president as per the constitution. All states certified McCain and
every other presidential candidate. For some strange reason the
removed the "eligible" portion of the text form 49 states for Obama.
Just saying it's strange.
