Do solar flares cause earthquakes? No. The cause of earthquakes are
terrestrial, not extra terrestrial.
Do we know everything about earthquakes? No. We don't know all of the
variables related to earthquakes. If we did we could predict them.
Do solar flares correlate with earthquakes in some ways? Yes. The research
shows a correlation within certain guidelines
Does correlation imply causation? No
Does correlation imply a relationship? Yes
Is the black and white, all or nothing statement that solar flares do not
CAUSE earthquakes correct? Yes

I was going to include a joke about the earth moving and the quality of a
