Pretty damn impressive to want to spend 20 billion dollars than you have.
That's going for broke with gusto.

I'll be honest, I don't know which two you mean.  The snippet you included
indicated an amendment with payments on the debt.  Those aren't mutually
exclusive.  The entitlements part means nothing.  Keep them, ditch them,
compromise, or whatever.

And up next, didn't Obamacare fix healthcare?

If not, then spend all of the revenue on health care and go default on the
debt and be done with it.

When no one will lend you money, debt won't be an issue.

Of course, if those we are getting money retaliate by huge tariffs and such,
things could become messy.
