It doesn't matter if he knew or not...it was his newsletter and it had his
name on it.  For a party that espouses personal responsibility, they sure
don't know how to practice that.

Perhaps he knew. That's not cool.  My point isn't wether he knew or not,
it's that in his own words he's very consistently denied that as his own
point of view.
