Which science? On the side of the cult of man made global warming or against? Anyway, if any figure on either side takes a makes the statement that the science is in, they are blatantly lying to you. The speaker is pushing an agenda and it is not to save the earth (saving the earth could accomplished by actually promoting discourse instead of demonizing it). At this point, it is necessary to ask what the motivations of the speaker are. In most cases, it seems to be to take something away from you. It does seem that a larger majority of the "science is in" crowd is part of the cult of man made global warming while it's opponents just say there isn't enough proof.
