Awesome read. Awesome.

There is something to the whole anti-inflammatory diet. For some people.

I know I feel incredibly better when I drink my anti-inflammatory morning
cocktail of carrots, granny smith apples, ginger, cilantro, celery and lime
juice, and when I don't, I feel like crap, can barely move because of
soreness, etc.

In any case, his last paragraph is indeed the main point:

"What you can do is choose whole foods your grandmother served and not
those your mom turned to as grocery store aisles filled with manufactured
foods. By eliminating inflammatory foods and adding essential nutrients
from fresh unprocessed food, you will reverse years of damage in your
arteries and throughout your body from consuming the typical American diet.
