And I'll answer you seriously. Goat's milk is supposed to be even more digestible than cow's milk, but I haven't drank any yet and the idea of committing to drinking something for 3 weeks that I don't even know how it tastes doesn't appeal to me. I can get both. I'm going with cow's milk this time. I like the taste (seriously, raw, grass-fed milk tastes so much better than the industrialized milk available at the grocery store).
