Iran has a pretty decent infrastructure. Something like 3/4 of the population are college educated, women have more rights than in a lot of other Islamic states, and they even build all of their own military equipment. They wouldn't be a bad country to have as friends if they didn't have a desire for bad things to happen to Israel and their real leaders weren't so anti-western.
The military industrial complex would probably be the targets of choice. They are military targets, taking them out would cripple Iran's military, unless another country got involved (*cough*chinarussia*cough*) and would screw with their economy. It would just be a matter of how much they would be willing to take before crying uncle and if they do before we go broke. =-p They have more to lose than holes like Afghanistan and rural Iraq.
