Both have section on their site in regard this matter and how to stop 
collection agencies dead in their tracks.  If you have the cancelled check 
to prove you paid the $130, do not sweat it.  Tell them I will see you in 
court.  I will not answer any letters or phone calls unless it if from a 
court of law.

Make sure she checks her credit report from all three agencies every few 
months.  If they put it on a credit report, you have them by the b*lls, can 
sue and get quite a bit of money for it.

But, remind... I am not a lawyer, so do not say, "Well, Jacob said for me 
to..."
