Well..do you REALLY want to get caught up in a cycle of litigation and back and forth hostile phone calls etc.??
If not just pay the money and keep the stuff. Because I am assuming that after two years you no longer have any records of these bills etc. so you really don't have a legal leg to stand on, withough doing stuff like going back and digging for records here or there at the health center or whatever..
