That is why credit agencies get away with this.  They know most people will 
pay not to go through the hassle.

Send them a certified letter to stop calling and sending letters.  If they 
do afterwards, sue them for harassment.  The Fair  Debt Collection Act.


If you have the evidence that you paid the bill, why should you pay again?
