Nor will it ever be if we don't keep pushing forward, accepting the
losses along the way.

The fact that these people risk(and in this case, give) their lives to
get us that much closer is what makes them heroes.

There are still 3 astronauts in space though...

I guess they'll be shi***ing bricks now. 

But it is not a cool thing to have so many failures. No other country
has the sort of technology and experience at this as America does...so
maybe our technology just isnt' ready for these sorts of missions. 
Maybe we should be doing R&D into some new form of propulsion other than
explosive rocket fuel and throwing a lot of effort toward that.
