I don't think I support this law. One of the great deterrents against people going back out and committing crimes again is prison rape. In addition, because it's so widely known, it's even a deterrent before someone commits a crime in the first place. If you knew that you'd be the sex toy of some 400 pound slab of meat named bubba, you'd avoid crime like the plague. "You do the crime, you get gang raped up the @ss. Crime doesn't pay."
