I absolutely love my girls - my wife and I wanted to have children, and
we had them when we were prepared for them and ready to make the
sacrifices that come with them, and (with the possible exception of the
stomach virus thing a couple of weeks ago... ugh) haven't ever, ever
regretted the decision.  Your definition of fulfillment and happiness is
different from mine, and I can respect not only that, but your conscious
decision not to become parents just because everyone expects you to.

That said - if this thread degenerates into a CF-tinged version of
Turtle's Brats! page, I'm going to scream.
