Maybe a Wish list/bug report section as well. Should make an easy
reference if someone is trying to find out about a feature or error.

Being able to have a small icon before a thread on the threads page will
really help people to get to the information that's important first. A
setting can even be made to the lists where someone can be emailed the
latest 'important' threads as a batch. Make writing FAQs a whole lot
easier.
