We made reservations for the next night. Basically, talked with people at the
pubs and at breakfast at the B&B to determine what we should do the next day
or that day and where we should stay. Made reservations then. We've got 3
kids (18, 15 and 13) so we didn't just look when we got tired. We have done
that in France when we were sans children and had great fun.

Did you make reservations @ the B&B's before you went or did you just wander
into them during your travels?
