If you're lucky enough to have a browser that lets you decide what combination of shift-option-alt-ctrl-apple-whatever keys to use to get which effect. Again, it just reinforces the point that your choices are determined by the browser developer - some (many) browsers do not let you change that behavior (heck, some browsers don't even provide tabbed browsing).
