We thought about it, but we're going to start by trying something more clever: By only allowing one visible UI feature per-extension, uninstalling or disabling the extension becomes equivalent to disabling the feature. If one developer wants multiple features, he publishes them as separate extensions and users get to decide which they want or don't want.
