In my case my extension is to translate inline, the BrowserActions
Icon now is to click and translate or open the preferences, but some
users just want to use the keyboard shortcut, I think it is important
that the user can choose, If I remove the BrowserActions Icon some
users will not be happy as they prefer to use click on the icon to
translate but if I leave alone those who prefer the keyboard shortcut
did not like an icon on the toolbar that do not use.
