Interesting.... I took the ICRC class with what was Geotrain at the time....now Global Knowledge.  We had an instructor who was obviously new.  Whereas he probably knew his stuff, he was not able to put it over well.  I complained when I got back (via email) and got an immediate respone from the regional manager who offered me my money back and a free class as well!  Rather than take the money back I asked to have two free classes and they agreed.  So ACRC and CLSC were free! I was very pleased with the response.  You may want to make a couple of phone calls.  See if you can talk with their regional training manager.  I can't remember her name but she was very eager to please.  Sounds like you may not have hit the right button....
