do a show interface on the specific interfaces on both routers
for a first step in trooubleshooting your problem

another step would be to check the token ring speed that
they are both set to. (although i am no expert in token ring)

check for errors both in and out....
maybe cut and paste the results...

then we will have more idea to help you.

Subject: EIGRP Neighbour - keeps flapping

HI all,

I have to routers connected on a token ring segment. Every 120seconds
exactly they lose the neighbourship. This is then established immediately
but keeps flapping. There have been no changes to the default EIGRP config
here in relation to timers.

Any idea's????
