I'm 32, and have been having **SEVERE** issues lately with being able to remember
things. A few weeks ago I had lunch with two
friends after a Cisco User Group meeting. After lunch, one friend headed off back to
his office while the other and I continued to
chat. There was a long pause in my discussion with my friend. <Gasp>. I couldn't
remember the name of the guy I just had lunch
with. So if you think >>YOU<< have memory problems... BUT--I have an excuse though -
and it won't last forever. Doctors say it's
hormonal and should end in about er.. (40 - 26 =) 14 weeks or 18 years, which ever
drives me more crazy! (-:

When you go through this stuff over and over, eventually it sticks. It's just
perseverence, perseverence, perseverence. You'll get
the hang of it eventually!

And I think Dave's right - the more you exercise your brain, the sharper it gets.
I've noticed a HUGE improvement in my memory
since I've started contributing to groupstudy again...
